Personnel was very helpful and well-mannered!
I truly enjoyed this excellent hotel, especially bright rooms and magnificent location. Booked a room with a lovely balcony. The facilities such as climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV were available. The property also was minutes from a bus stop. The whole experience was fairly nice: D

The room we had included climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. Private bathroom was big. The location was perfect - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.
It had very uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Proximity to Legazpi metro, multiple shops and cafes, sizeable supermarket across the street
Climbing stairs to reception is a hassle!!! Traffic noise from the busy road is unbearable at times!!! Room views can be obstructed by neighboring buildings!!!

Everyone there was super nice. If I needed help finding anything the clerks spoke some english and helped us. They even planned one of our days and it was really cool.

Excellent location, close to 3 metro and bus stations, shops and many cafes. Room has everything you need. Beautiful ceiling and stylish furniture. Excellent value for money!
It's a little dark in the room and there's not enough shelf space in the shower, but it's little things).

Such a lovely hotel, if you enjoy carrying heavy luggage up several flights of stairs! The 'secured parking' was just a misleading tease, and for my high standards I expected a welcomed upgrade after such inconveniences. I almost thought about a good review, but just couldn't!

Rooms were neat and clean with acceptable comfort, lower level rooms are newly renovated and get more sun light.
There's no elevator from the parking and entrance to the first floor (where reception is located), it is a bit far from the subway station and you have to walk around 5-8 minutes to get to 2 the nearest station.

The hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and air-conditioned. The tv is large-screen, and there is Wi-Fi. Parking is available underground. The hotel is located ten minutes walk from three separate metro stations, and there is a grocery store across the street and restaurants close by. A 24/7 convenience store is located 50 meters down the street as well as a taxi stand. But the best part is the moderate price.
The hotel is not centrally located for tourists, which has its advantages and disadvantages. All of the channels on the cable tv are Spanish-language.

Had a clean room, comfy bed, and spacious shower. The breakfast was simple, but tasty, you could order more if you wanted from their long breakfast menu.
It wasn't exactly a steal, but still acceptable.

I enjoyed the location. The hotel was super clean and I was impressed with the hotel overall. I paid super cheap compared to the other location in Madrid. Don't look no more. This place is nice.

The location is really good, metro is super close and a lot of shops around. The room was clean and comfy beds. Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to lend a hand. Parking was safe and not too pricey. A solid choice for a family stay.
The room was kinda small and the furniture looked old. Breakfast options were limited and could be better.
